- Jennifer is the founder of Jennifer Brown Consulting, a leadership, communications and diversity consulting firm based in New York City. Her company advises leading businesses and non-profits from industries as diverse as financial services, media, manufacturing, technology, and retail. Her clients include BASF, Schwab, Cisco, Ernst & Young, American Express, The New York Times, Working Mother Media, and many others. Clients seek Jennifer's expertise on the building and sustaining of inclusive workplaces that resonate with current, and future, employees and leaders. This can take many forms - from executive coaching to customized workshops and training - and she specializes in topics such as generational differences, leadership development, team development, and personal branding and presence for executives. A graduate of Middlebury College in Vermont, Jennifer holds a Masters in Music (Vocal Performance) from Manhattan School of Music and an MS in Organizational Development from Fordham University.
